Responsibilities:
Administrative
-Perform administration duties as requested including document prep, mailings and run business activities
-Tracking of daily inquiries, sales
– Followup with suppliers
Marketing
-company’s social media initiatives
– sales & marketing activities
– customer followups
– other marketing activities
Skills & Experience Needed
-Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
-Strong experience in Salesforce required
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
-2+ years of real office experience is a plus
Selected candidates will be provided the products training
Duty Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM Full TIme
