Full-Time Wanted Assistant Store Keeper and Purchase Officer

Job Description

Required urgently for a leading manufacturing company.

1. Assistant Store Keeper
Main duties:-
• Issuing and receiving stores to and from Direct Labour and Contractors.
• Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
• Putting stock away in accordance with the Company’s Quality procedures.
• Familiar with MS office skills.
• Familiar with Inventory software.
• Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition.
• Assisting with the supervisor of the main store.

2. Purchase Officer
Main duties:-
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
• Request quotes and compare prices for maximum discount.
• Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems.
• Minimum 3years experience as purchase officer, or related position.
• Holding Kuwait light driving license.
