Wanted Executive Secretary and Receptionist (High Salary)
We are looking for new recruits for the following positions, our work timings are 8 am until 4 pm, Sunday – Thursday. Our office is located in Kuwait City.
Executive Secretary: (salary – 400 -500 KWD )
Sorts the daily incoming mail to facilitate distribution, ensures the timely attendance of outgoing correspondence and reports.
Refers to files and collects the relevant background data as directed to enable the manager to respond in a timely manner.
Types letters, memos, and reports from rough hand-written drafts or typed documents ensuring correctness of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formatting.
Assists in any other secretarial and administrative capacity as and when required
Receptionist:(salary – 300 -400 KWD)
We are currently looking for a presentable Receptionist to manage our front desk and other administrative duties.
