Job: HR Admin Officer & Front Desk Executive (Female)
– Responsible for creating the employees files, offers, contracts.
– Responsible for processing the monthly payroll based on the monthly attendance, annual leaves, overtime calculation and deductions.
– Develop and implement HR policies to meet organizational needs.
– Helping in the recruitment process for any new employee.
– Writing and posting job advertisements on a variety of relevant job boards.
– Sourcing suitable candidates for entry – mid level corporate and operational vacancies.
– answering telephone calls & routing them to appropriate departments when needed
– PC skills in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
– Languages proficiency: English, Hindi & some Indian regional language
– Fresher can also apply but preference will be given to experienced candidate
– Visa: 18 or 22 (transferrable)
– Can join immediately
– Salary: KD 250
– 6 days & 9 hours job
