Looking for HR Coordinator / Payroll Coordinator with minimum 2 plus years of payroll experience in F&B / Retail sector, He/She manages the coordination for all information required by the HR department.
• Monitor and check on daily attendance
• Collecting and entering the roster data in the system
• Process approved attendance and overtime and calculate entitlements.
• Verify all employee leaves and exemptions in payroll system and prepare leave entitlements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Min 2-3 year’s relevant experience, Mystro exp is plus
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Languages: Excellent command of English
Residence Location: Kuwait.

Salary : 275 KD – 325 /- KD with private medical insurance
