Require a qualified Office Assistant who will have to perform various tasks efficiently.
The job description requires, but is not limited to:
-Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
-Contacting suppliers, sending emails, dealing with customers
-Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Maintain Accounts of all customers and employees.
The job is 2 shifts. 9am-1pm and 5pm-9pm
Must have minimum 5 years experience.
Must know English and Arabic (Spoken and Written)
Must be completely proficient in all programs of Microsoft Office.
Must be capable of learning our ERP system.
Add value to the company.
Applicant will be placed on a 1 month probation period before transferring Iqama to our company.
