Marketing Coordinator -FEMALE Required Full Time

We are looking for a female candidate ( Philipino / Indians )those who experienced in the following:

• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
• Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Prepares Yearly Marketing Budget on track for the Finance Department
• Quarterly plans of events for all the customers brand wise
• Must have merchandising experience
• Branding the stores for the latest products to promote sales.
• Coordinating with the Merchandising Team for all the mockup designs.
• Preparing Marketing materials such, videos, high resolution Images Store activities (events), gift items to support all the customers.
• Monitoring, arranging schedules for your merchandising staff.
• Preparing Product presentations for all the customers, as well as proposing for a new branding available provided by the merchandising team.
• Preparing product quotations with for the salesman.
• Willing to be flexible to work during off days to conduct event activities.
• Travelling into different stores during office hours atleast twice a week to monitor the stores.
• Collecting pictures to send a report to the main office of your Marketing Activation and Activities.
• Contacting different agencies to do the projects.
• Willingly to work under pressure and deadlines.
