Restaurant Manager Needed Full Time

Japanese cuisine Restaurant Hiring: Restaurant Manager Who ensures effective and efficient functioning of the restaurant, management of restaurant staff, maintenance of high quality service standards, follow-up on deadlines and protocol procedures. The Restaurant Manager works in close collaboration with other branches of the restaurant, suppliers and other agencies or individuals involved in the restaurant operations to ensure high quality of the food and service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction sand retention.

Responsabilities
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Producing staff rotas
• Overseeing stock levels
• Ordering supplies
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Greeting and advising customers
• Taking reservations
• Preparing/printing customer bills
• Agreeing and managing budgets
• Keeping statistical and financial records
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Recruitment Qualifications
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the appropriate field
• Experience in the usage of computers, internet browsing and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
• A strong capability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written English, knowledge of Arabic would be desirable.
