POSITION: Male and Female Catering Manager
SALARY: up to 5,000 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus single accommodation, transportation and food

AVAILABILITY: Immediately or 1-2 Month maximum

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Male or Female, 50 years old and below

Any Nationality with Good English Knowledge

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Degree/certification/training in culinary/hospitality management is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Knowledgeable of FnB operations, supervisory aspects and service techniques
Excellent communication and creativity skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for different tasks such as catering marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training,
overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving Hotel / Restaurant guests.
Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Control costs and minimize waste
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
Must be highly involved in P&L and labor and food costing
