Dispatcher, Foreman and Accountant Needed Full Time

We are looking for the following well experienced candidates for one of Oil Services Co. to KOC:

1. DISPATCHER
Job Description of Dispatcher
• Organize all dispatch activities.
• Should have the knowledge of all heavy equipment e.g. Cranes , trucks etc.
• Know the languages, English read and write, Hindi, Urdu. (Arabic will be additional advantage. )
• Must have a Kuwaiti Heavy driving license
• Have good computer skills and a good knowledge of MS excel and Ms word
• Execute all logistics plans as per the company procedure
• Able to work long hours.
• Prepare reports & personnel timesheets
• Perform vehicle dispatch and scheduled maintenance service
• Prepare daily work log and status report, Service Request Order
• Have regular Tool box meetings with drivers
• Monitor safety, training and health regulations.
• Maintain proper care and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the drivers.
• Conduct briefing to drivers to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all safety and client requirements
