Job Responsibilities:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System knowledge.
• IT Hardware and Software Infrastructure System knowledge.
• Responsibilities include effective provisioning and procurement of IT Systems depending on the requirements.
• Installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Daily activities include IT system monitoring, ensuring availability of all IT hardware, and server resources
• Security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, with installing and updating of Operating System updates and Antivirus.
• Active Directory maintenance (Create, change, and delete user accounts upon request).
• Providing support to all departments on issues relating to Microsoft ERP.
• Ensuring of internet connectivity and network connectivity.
• Co-coordinating with third party service providers for Email and KPAK website maintenance.
• Generating and maintaining ERP reports (Sales Report, Stock in hand Report, and Production Report etc) depending on request from the different departments.
• Server backup operations, ensuring system data is successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
• Help the smooth functioning of production, sales and purchase department by maintaining ERP modules with respect to each department.
• Help the account’s department for smooth closing of quarterly audit & in yearend closing.
• Discuss with management and develop new ideas for better functioning of the organization.
• Help the different departments in identifying and mapping business processes with respect to the ERP platform.
