Warehouse coordinator needed Full Time

In order to strengthen our Team in Kuwait, Yansab Kuwait is looking for a warehouse coordinator

Duties
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• To ensure material is stored and handled as per storage and material handling procedures
• To ensure No damaged material is loaded into the Trucks.
• To Coordinate and Shared Services for loading and dispatching material from the warehouse
• Inventory Management – Arrangement of stocks according to the different dimensions and sizes in pallets at its designated areas with proper labels
• Ensure the excess stock / Nonmoving material is reduced against new sales orders for the same product
• Report excess/short against receiving and dispatching the goods.
• Identify areas of improvement in warehouse operation

Skills
• Able to manage a large multicultural workforce.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adopt the most appropriate means of communication at all times example telephone, E-mail, one to one.
