Accountant Needed Full Time

We are looking for an Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team immediately.
– Preparation & Monitoring of day to day transactions of Banks, Receivables, Payables, Inventory & Assets, with verifications of posted records.
– Manage and follow up collection from customers and payments for suppliers
– Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
– Maintain accurate and clear Internal Controls for Operations’ related accounting processes & procedures.
– Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
– Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
– Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
– Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
– Reconciles cash and bank transactions on daily basis
– Manage payroll, leave and indemnity
– Generate and audit account statements for vendors and suppliers.
– Maintain proper filing system
– Support daily admin tasks.
