Accountant Invoicing Experience Needed Full Time

Site : New Airport ( T2) Construction site. Transportation will be provided from Salmiya , Abbasiya , Fahaheel , Mangaf  Accountant

Job Duties:
• Preparing Day by Day sheet & Working capital
• Prepare Day by day & Monthly invoice
• Prepare daily Outstanding status Report (Daily)
• All Inflow & Outflow report and monitoring
• Income and Expenditure sheet preparation
• Preparing P & L
• Accounts document filing
• Staff attendance and salary preparation (Pay roll Management 500 to 1500 employees in different projects)
• Fixed asset details updating
• Company Investment updation
• All bank related activities

Skills and Qualifications: Data Entry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Skills with Microsoft Office; Payroll Experience; Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation; Detail Oriented; Organized; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Knowledge of Business Math; Understanding of Budgetary Principles; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
