SENIOR ACCOUNTANT NEEDED Full Time

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior accountant who has experience in construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Preparing monthly invoices up to minimum 1000 employees.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Preparation of monthly salary.
• Handle petty cash.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Maintain general ledger, post transactions.
• Leave/Timesheet management.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant.
• Can cope with flexible hours.
• Reliability and honesty.
• Work under stress.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to accept and understand instructions.
• Bachelor or above degree in academics.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sector companies.
