Senior Accountant Needed Full Time

*Job Description*
Responsibilities:
• Manage the bookkeeping process for the company using Odoo accounting platform.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting to identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Conduct periodic audits of financial processes to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and Odoo updates.

Skills *Required Skills:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Odoo accounting platform.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
