Asset Managment Supervisor Required Full Time

A Leading Oil & Gas company is looking for a Facilities and Asset Managment Supervisor. Candidates must be available locally as work visas will not be provided.
– Handles the monitoring and control of the movements of company assets.
– Prepares a “New Company Assets Monthly Report.”
– Involves in conducting asset inventory, asset transfer and asset disposal.
– Overseeing and managing the Asset Management System.
– Enters Data into the ERP system and facility asset software.
– Coordinate with Finance department regarding asset valuations and depreciation.
– Conducts a weekly check of company assets and cleanliness.
– Updating the premises map (AutoCAD), ensuring that assets are in their assigned places. – Candidates must have a Degree in Business Administration or Facilities Management related field.
– Years of experience: 5 – 8 Years.
