IT Desktop Support Needed Full Time

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist Kuwait Regional Office and remote locations with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology including installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines.
• Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer network including hardware / software training and special projects Manage administration and maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) System, servers, applications and equipment.
• Assures system stability, security and maximum uptime. Monitors access to system resources, and tracks connectivity and security problems.
• Analyzes problems and implements solutions according to Department procedures. Performs circuit and network troubleshooting to diagnose system problems. Supervise desktop support function.
• Manage Application Integration with Customers and coordinate with development team for any issues and enhancement

******** Skills
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma from recognized university or Institute
• Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, MCSE + preferred.
• Good Communication Skills
• Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.
• Deep-seated experience with desktop and server operating systems.
• Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Knowledge on Networking and System Administration
