Waitress Full Time

Basic Job Responsibilities:
* Greeting Customers: Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant & escort them to their tables and provide menus.
* Taking Orders: Politely and attentively listen to customers’ orders. Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, and note special requests or dietary restrictions. Transmit orders accurately to the kitchen staff or enter them into the restaurant’s ordering system.
* Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately and ensure that food is presented attractively and at the correct temperature. Serve beverages such as water, coffee, and refill as needed. Clear empty dishes and glasses to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
* Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customers’ needs. Address any issues or complaints professionally and promptly, involving a manager or supervisor if necessary.
* Billing and Payment: Prepare and present bills to customers. Process payments, including cash, K- net, or mobile payment apps. Return change or receipts promptly.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year expereince
* Visa 18 transferrable (Small Projects / Mubarak Al Kabeer accepted)
* Good Communication Skills & Presentable
