Account Executive and Account Manager Needed Full Time

Account Executive :
• Face to face daily visits to Identify opportunities in Kuwait market.
• Aligns with SMSA services to Maintain and develop customer revenue.
• Responsible for Sales Revenue and expansion of Client Base.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly automation target of accounts.
• Responsible for building strong customer relations and communication.
• Set up an efficient pipeline for targeted growth in the designated area.
• Create and execute a sales plan to identify and secure new business.
• Responsible for Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Activity reports in a timely manner.

Account Manager :
• Face to face daily visits to Identify opportunities in Kuwait market.
• Responsible to boost sales and grow customer base.
• Manage customer’s issues and inquiries, ensure timely response is provided,
• Responsible to coordinate with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction .
• Responsible for acquiring new clients and retaining current ones.
• Promote SMSA services, support management in launching new offerings.
• Assist in marketing and surveys.
• Monitor competitor activities and reporting
• Introduce automated tools to customers for improved satisfaction and efficient shipment transactions.
• Responsible for Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Activity reports in a timely manner.
