• Responding promptly to client’s inquiries.
• Keeping records of client’s interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Work Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset
• Strong and confident communicator
• Bilingual (English /Arabic)
Nationality: Arab National (Can speak and understand Kuwaiti language)

2. Graphic Designer: Nos. 1

1. Experience in Designing 2-3 yrs.
2. Experience with Website data updates.
3. Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Photoshoot knowledge
5. Speak / Read /Write Arabic.
6. Social Media management idea
