Business Development Manager Needed Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities
o Strategic Business Plan: Analyze markets, Products and in liaising with Principals, development of Business Plan for the year, Quarter etc.
o Marketing Plans: Once Business Plan approved by Management, develop quarterly/ yearly detailed Marketing plans for the Brands
o Preparation of detailed Operations Plan and manage all Promotional activity
o Agencies: Management of suppliers and deliverables as well as any appointed distribution partners o Principles: Liaise with Brand Principles on Sales and Marketing activities
o Pricing: Analyze market, recommend Selling Prices, take approvals and Implement pricing
o Manage the product life cycles – Pricing, Forecasting and the inventory levels
o Principle’s Account: Purchase Records, Receivables, Warrantee and Receivables accounts
o Margins Management: Be accountable for delivering committed margins on monthly basis, at category Level, Brand Level and Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
o Training: Conduct brand trainings to develop brand knowledge and brand specific selling techniques for internal staffs, promoters and Trade.
o Liaise with Sales Team, Country Managers and Distributors for the effective execution of the plans
o Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for Principles and Management to track the business performance cycle
o Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, · deliverables, budget and milestones for better decision making
o Market Intelligence – Analyze trends, Impact of Competitor’s activities on our business and propose actions
