– Handling all customer requests and inquires for all the services (Ticket, Hotels and Transfers).
– Follow up with the bookings time limit, new price.
– Have an ability to find the best route with best price.
– Review the rates” rules and conditions.
– Informed all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, etc.
– Remove and cancel any cancelled bookings due to the duplicate bookings and time limit to avoid any miss used ADMs.
– Keep the clients in touch for any changing with the bookings.
– Follow up with the passengers for any pending requests.
– Follow up with other departments for any request needed.
– Informed and follow up the accounting departments for all details and support needs.
– Working as a team in same department.
– Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
