Qualifications: We’re looking for excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills. To be an ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position, you should also hold an HR-related degree and have some experience in our industry. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. You’ll be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure, you’ll be able to assist HR Managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Advertising required jobs and communicating with recruitment agents.
* Select candidates and update our database.
* Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
* Coordinate HR projects ( meetings, training, surveys etc. )
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Analyzing employee performance and preparing the annual evaluation.
CONDITIONS:
* Experience – Must have at least 2-3 years of experience.
* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent proficiency in MS Applications ( Excel, Word etc.,)
* Asian nationality only.
* Transferable visa.
* Location : Al-Rai.
* Inside Kuwait only.
