Graphics Designer Needed Full Time

We are looking for an ambitious Bilingual Graphic Designer to join our growing team located in Kuwait. The Graphic Designer is a highly creative and talented individual responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs. This role involves working on various design projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and website designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.

Responsibilities:
1. Create visually stunning designs for various projects.
2. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements.
4. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
5. Ensure that designs are consistent with the company’s branding and messaging.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.
8. Work with external vendors or agencies when necessary.
9. Provide input and ideas to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements:
1. Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
2. Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing designs across different mediums.
3. Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic languages. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and having a keen eye for details and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
7. Creative thinking skills to develop unique concepts and solutions.
8. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
9. Arab nationals preferred.
