Payroll Specialist Needed Full Time

A leading company in Kuwait is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Payroll Specialist. If you have a minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in payroll management and possess strong analytical and leadership skills, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead a team of payroll professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address any payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Stay updated on relevant tax laws and labor regulations to ensure compliance.
• Implement and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Generate various payroll reports for management review.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of progressive experience in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office Suite.
