Please have a look on below JD Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our dedicated support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing top-notch technical assistance and support to end users. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a major role in ensuring the satisfaction of our users by resolving their technical issues and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software-related. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems. Document and track users interactions and issue resolution in our ERP system. Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution. Stay updated on IT technologies knowledge and industry trends to better assist users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role (2-3 years). Strong hands-on knowledge of printers, computer hardware, IT relevant technologies/software/tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. End users -focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
