Responsibilities: Generate new leads and drive sales growth through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Identify and understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive for success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
