Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our end-users while ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The IT Help Desk Technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist with software and hardware installations, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adept at problem-solving and diagnosing technical issues.
