We are hiring Operations Manager for Hyper Market (Local Hiring Only)

Job description:-
-Develop and implement the sales strategies achieve the sales targets and renew goals.
-Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels
-Focus on driving revenue and profit growth through sales
-Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support.
-Monitor and report on sales and progress to the management
-Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
-provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs and competitive activities
-Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/ negotiation skill.
-Staff management

Qualification:-
-8-15 Years experience of same industry in Kuwait
-Bachelor degree
