Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR cum Admin and accountant. Responsibilities for HR cum Admin: Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities. Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies inventory, mail distribution, and facilities maintenance. Support managers and employees with HR-related issues and concerns. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor”s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities for accountant:
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Handle queries related to accounting transactions and processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor”s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
