Team Leader for Start- Up Logistics Company in Ahmadi Full Time
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic start-up logistics company in the Ahmadi Area. This role offers a competitive basic salary of 250 KWD. The successful candidate will work 12-hour shifts, 26 days a month.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily logistics operations. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Utilize Excel and company systems for data management and reporting.
Requirements: Proven experience in logistics. Proficiency in Excel and system software. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work long hours and manage a demanding schedule.
