Electrical Project & Estimation Engineer Required Full Time

Electrical Project & Estimation Engineer Synergy Solutions is a technology services & solutions company, specializes in delivering business solutions to its clients in the Middle East region. It is capable of delivering multidisciplinary technologies and services. We have a vacancy for an Electrical Estimation Engineer.
Job Description
1. Performing detailed tender review including contractual and commercial terms and proper risk analysis 2. Preparing accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers
3. Building a data base of vendors
4. Preparing variation estimation
5. Coordinating with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims
6. Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions. Gather proposals, specifications and related documents.
7. Capable of project management, engineering, execution of construction Electrical work
Qualifications
1. Must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with KSE membership
2. Must have at least 4 years’ experience
3. Kuwaiti Driver’s license
4. Must be Able to co-ordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors
5. Must have excellent business and commercial acumen
6. Must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic leader with strong leadership and organizational skills
7. Must have excellent communication,
