PROJECT MANAGEMENT REQUIRED Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MALE candidate to join our team as a Software Project Manager Cum Tester. The role will include the below responsibilities.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
– Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
– Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
– Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE:
– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
– Perform manual and automated (Would be an added advantage) testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
– Identify, document, and track defects and issues to resolution.
– Collaborate with developers to understand project requirements and address testing needs. – Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience in software project management and testing.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and testing tools.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to project-manage and work to with strict deadlines.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
