Warehouse Manager Required Full Time

Required for a leading Storage & Fulfillment company in Kuwait (Warehouse Manager), with the following experience & background: Skills and Qualifications:
1.Experience and Education:
•Experience: 7 – 10 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.
•Education: A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
2.Leadership and Management:
•Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. •Staff Training: Experience in training, mentoring, and developing warehouse staff.
3.Operational Efficiency:
•Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management systems and processes.
•Order Fulfillment: Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
•Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4.Technical Proficiency:
•Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems
. •Automation and Technology: Understanding of warehouse automation technologies and their implementation.
