Senior Manager Required Full Time

A Senior Manager for Rig Move typically oversees the planning and execution of the transportation and setup of drilling rigs. Responsibilities: Planning and Coordination:
* Develop detailed plans for rig moves, including logistics, transportation methods, and timelines.
* Coordinate with various departments such as operations, logistics, safety, and engineering.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure all rig moves comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols. Resource Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and vehicles. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams involved in rig move operations. Provide training and support to team members. Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and present reports on rig move progress and outcomes. Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the planning and execution of rig moves. Implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive experience in rig move operations or related fields within the oil and gas industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of drilling rig equipment, transportation logistics, and safety standards. Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry practices.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams in high-pressure environments.

Education: * 10 years in Rig Management in KOC / KNPC or any oil drilling company.
* Proven experience management large-scale rig moves
* Should have good knowledge of planning & strategy, budget & Cost Control
* A degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Professional certifications related to project management or safety can be advantageous.
