Assistant Operations Manager Required Full Time

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager in Kuwait City. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, optimizing processes for efficiency, and contributing to the development of new concepts. Collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence and quality service delivery will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications:
• Operations Management, Staff Supervision, and Process Optimization skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP system (Microsys)
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Experience in handling more than 10 cloud kitchens with a central kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of online platforms aggregators
