Fleet Supervisor required Full Time

We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor with 5 to 6 years of experience. Responsible for supervising all fleet activities. Leading fleet controllers in order to maintain efficient fleet operation.

Job Description :
• Supervise all fleet controllers
• Taking full responsibility of controlling all Non-AMRL vehicles.
• Arranging quotations, negotiations with supplier rates based on our demand.
• Taking responsibility of handling all commercial fleet vehicles.
• Taking initiative in arranging / preparing bulk volume of vehicles upon customer demand.
• AMRL security system management, daily verification of available parked vehicles matched with AMRL system reports.
• Supervision of all vehicle movements, idle vehicles , reporting of theft incidents (if any).
• Daily follow-up of garage vehicles with Garage Fleet controllers. Analyzing reports ect..
• Fulfill the department’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Train, supervise, motivate and evaluate department personnel.

Salary: KD 400 to KD 450.
