Assistant Logistics Officer required Full Time

We are currently looking to hire Asst. Logistics Officer to join our company urgently.

Job Responsibilities in this role include: Ensure accurate loading of materials and dispatch operations 24/7 Ensure all the orders are dispatched on time and follow up with drivers Inspect the Backloaded materials for damages or discrepancies Prepare the Delivery Ticket and check the load of the materials Ensure the receipt of materials from suppliers in good order and conditions. Report any incidents or accidents happened in the facility immediately Ensure that vehicles entering to our facility have the proper documents and instruct the drivers.

Ensure that the vehicles are properly inspected, vehicle check list Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree, any specialized diploma or certificate course in Logistics or dispatch will be preferable Related work experience from 2 to 4 years Must be computer literate and email communication skills Experience in ERP Strong written and oral communication skills in English is essential and Arabic will be an added advantage. Oil & Gas Industry experience. Preferred Immediate Joiners & must hold Visa 18 ( Ahli )
