Hiring Post: IT Support Specialist/Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist/Manager to join our team and maintain our technology infrastructure while ensuring the seamless functioning of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will assist with app troubleshooting, oversee ongoing app development, and integrate customer feedback into feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor technology infrastructure to ensure peak performance. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our mobile app. Oversee the development and implementation of new features. Work closely with the development team to integrate customer feedback and ensure updates align with user needs. Ensure backend services remain stable, secure, and scalable.

Required Technical Skills: Mobile App Framework: Proficiency in Flutter. Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of PHP Laravel. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in IT support or management, particularly within a mobile app development context. Proven ability to lead projects, from troubleshooting through to the deployment of new features. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
