Warehouse Supervisor (1 ), Material Expeditor (1), and Storekeeper (1) required Full Time

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor (1 No.), Material Expeditor (1 No.), and Storekeeper (1 No). The eligibility criteria for each role are outlined below.
Eligibility (Warehouse Supervisor):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with a Diploma in Material Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the oil and petrochemical industries.
• Responsibilities include supervising all warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, shipping, inventory monitoring, maintaining and organizing the facility, and assisting the Assistant Operations Manager with their duties.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Should be computer literate and capable of using relevant software for warehouse management. .

Eligibility (Material Expeditor):
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with a Diploma in Material Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Material Expeditor, with 3 years in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
• Responsible for monitoring material delivery requirements and expediting shipments to ensure timely arrival of materials on-site or into stock.
• Effective management of third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Proficient in SAP (Material Management Module) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, physical materials, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills.

Eligibility (Storekeeper):
• Degree in Science, Commerce, or Arts.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in the oil and petrochemical industries.
• Responsible for supervising the receipt of materials from vendors or customers, ensuring safe unloading and proper placement in assigned storage locations.
• Conduct initial checks on received materials to verify items against the Purchase Order, Material Requisition, or Customer Material Request documentation.
• Coordinate with the Material Control Supervisor and/or Project Manager for technical verification of items and associated documentation.
• Prepare all receiving and inspection documentation.
• Regularly check inventory levels and the condition of stored items.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained in all storage areas.
• Issue materials from stores based on approved Material Issue Vouchers (MIV) as authorized by responsible engineers.
• Maintain filing systems and records for material traceability and control.
• Initiate actions for the identification and disposal of scrap materials.
