Job Description
1. Provide exceptional customer service to kids, parents, and guardians.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
3. Manage game console issues, resolve technical problems.
4. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
5. Promote gaming center services and events.
