Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Sales Data: Review and interpret sales data across all restaurant locations to identify purchasing needs and inventory levels. Forecasting: Project future inventory demands based on historical sales, seasonal trends, and upcoming promotions.
Budget Management: Ensure that purchasing strategies align with the company’s budgetary goals and financial forecasts.

Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that each restaurant location maintains optimal stock without over- or under-purchasing.

Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting & Analytics: Create detailed financial reports that highlight purchasing trends, cost efficiency, inventory turnover, and profitability.

Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant managers and the operations team to communicate inventory plans and resolve any supply chain or purchasing challenges. Cost Optimization: Analyze ways to optimize inventory purchases and reduce costs without sacrificing product quality.

Projections: Provide ongoing projections and recommendations for future purchases, based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
Strong understanding of purchasing, supply chain, and inventory management principles. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills. Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with restaurant operations or multi-location retail businesses. Experience with forecasting and demand planning. Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning within the hospitality sector.
