Position – Sales Manager, Products and Services

Job Description
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for products and services.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, and use insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
– Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing training and performance management as needed.
– Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and key performance metrics to senior management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
– Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities for growth.
– Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
– Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
– Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build networks.
– Perform any other responsibilities in line with the scope of work and as instructed by the Head of Products and Services or senior management.

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering product management and sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
– Strong technical knowledge of engineering products and services, with expertise in market trends and customer requirements.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
