Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all HR activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
-Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
-Oversee talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention strategies, focusing on creating a positive employee experience.
-Advise and support senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management.
Qualifications
-3+ years of progressive experience in HR,
-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual)
-Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
-Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
-Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
