Equipment Procurement Specialist required Full Time

Job Description: We are seeking a high-talented procurement specialist to join our team and oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of swimming pools equipment and supplies, this role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with different suppliers, ensuring cost-effective, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customers’ demand.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of swimming pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, automation systems, and accessories.
– Managing the end-to-end procurement process, and ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing strategies.
– Analyzing market trends and product innovations to source the best materials and supplies.
– Developing and maintain good relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
– Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.
– Monitoring and resolving suppliers’ issues, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Experience: 8+ years in procurement preferably in swimming pools industry.
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of swimming pools equipment, brands and suppliers.

Skills:
– Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
