Job Vacancy: Finance Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities: –
1. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual cash flow trend analyses with leverage control to secure financing.
2. Perform monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and year-over-year P&L analyses with comparison for the Group and GCC stations.
3. Analyze monthly budget versus actual reports and provide financial recommendations to enhance the Group and GCC’s gross profit with an appropriate cap-based mechanism.
4. Evaluate and analyze the core Business Projects and upcoming opportunities assessing their financial impact and solutions.
5. Analyze monthly receivables aging reports for the Group and GCC stations, including party-wise criteria and bad debt risk assessments.
6. Conduct capital budgeting with sensitivity analyses for the Group and GCC.
7. Assess and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, Investment proposals, rate of return, profit plan, operating records, and financial statements.
8. Analyze financial data and provide forecasts to drive sustainable growth and value addition for the Group and GCC.
9. Organize financial data into structured reports and conduct analysis using key performance metrics such as annual growth, ROA, ROI, ROE, and earnings per share.
10. Examine financial data to provide strategic investment guidance and support overall financial decision-making.
11. Perform revenue productivity analysis for each business domain, applying competitive and industry-relevant financial models.

Key Qualifications and Skills: –
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred).
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial analysis.
• Bilingual proficiency.
