Store Manager required Full Time
A leading company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced & passionate Store Manager for its cafe.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years in a store manager role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry. Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Strong focus on providing a welcoming and satisfying experience for all guests. Experience in driving sales, managing budgets, and achieving revenue targets. Familiarity with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality standards.
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
