Payroll Officer

Recruitment / Payroll Officer required Full Time

Recruitment / Payroll Officer Immediately United Projects for Aviation Services K.S.C.P. (UPAC) is seeking a qualified Recruitment / Payroll Officer to join our HR Department:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, particularly for technical and engineering roles.
• Proven experience in payroll, talent acquisition, and other administrative duties.
• Practical knowledge of the Kuwait Labor Law (2010).
• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong command of English and can communicate in basic Arabic.
