Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
🔹 Proficiency in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management
🔹 Strong analytical and negotiation skills
🔹 Familiarity with construction laws and regulations in Kuwait
